Hub table at North Seattle Home Fair

Once again, the Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections will be hosting their Seattle Home Fairs in January and February. These free events will be jam-packed with useful information about rental housing rules, the construction permitting and inspection process, code requirements, emergency preparedness, and much more. There will be breakout sessions on landslide prevention, accessory dwelling units, and earthquake retrofits. With something for homeowners, landlords, renters, and potential homeowners, you won’t want to miss these events!  The hubs will have an information table at the fair so you can learn about basic preparedness and what the hubs do.
