Table Top Exercise “When Volunteers come to a Hub”

This will be an indoor tabletop exercise. The purpose of the exercise will be to practice handling emergent volunteers who show up at a hub willing to help. How do we receive them, assign them, track them and ensure their safety. Everyone is welcome, this will be a thoughtful exercise and we will need both people to play hub roles and people to act as volunteers.
