FLDigi Workshop – ALL are welcome!

Fast, Light, Digital    

Ham – and GMRS – radio operators can receive digital information by placing their radio next to a laptop computer.  Fast, Accurate communications!  (Only Ham radios can send digital messages…)

• 3pm to 4:30pm’ish  (leave when you feel comfortable using FLDigi)

Note: 

• GMRS radio must be able to monitor Ham frequencies
• Laptop must have a working microphone
• The FLDigi program must be loaded on the laptop.  Directions available HERE.

During the workshop, Elmers will ensure you can receive digital messages.  Once you’ve been successful, you’ll be asked to shut down your laptop and reboot so you’re comfortable troubleshooting the program from a hard stop.

If you struggle with the download, come anyway.  We’ll have the program on a thumb drive and can help on site!
