We get requests for a version of our Interactive NeighborLink Hub map on this website.  We are in the process of working with the City of Seattle Office of Emergency Management to maintain our own ARCGIS data set, currently they provide us an updated version on a yearly schedule.  Here is the most current version, the map is on page 1, the address list on page 2
