DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, September 23\, 2017\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n\nTime \n\nAll Day\n\n\n\nSubject \n\nCitizen Corps Expo\n\n\n\nLocation \n\n(3000 NE Fourth St\, Renton\, Washington)\n\n\n\n\n\nCitizen Corps Expo The annual Northwest Citizen Corps Expo hosted by Washington State Citizen Corps Programs\, in partnership with Renton Technical College\, gives disaster response volunteers the tools and training they’ll need to react to any kind of disastrous event. Each year\, with funding from the FEMA Urban Area \, Security Initiative accompanied by help from our partners\, volunteers and staff\, we train hundreds of volunteers on key emergency response skills\, preparing them to assist when the need arises in their own communities.
