DESCRIPTION:Every year\, we get out in the field and practice our skills – and we need your help!  The theme of this year’s drills is “Unplugged.” The scenario: \nThe FIFA World Cup tournament has brought soccer fans to Seattle by the tens of thousands. . . . Without warning\, the power plant at Bonneville Dam fails . . . now the entire Pacific Northwest is without electricity. \nAll interested parties are encouraged to attend.
