The NW Seattle Emergency Communication Hubs have scheduled a tabletop training for prospective volunteers at Arcadia (943 NW 50th St. in Ballard) on April 25th from 6:30-8:30 PM. Hubs are natural gathering sites where needs and resources can be shared in the event of an emergency.
