Urban Survival Skills Fair at the Bee Festival

An Urban Skills Fair is an event where you can visit multiple skill and information teaching booths, designed to help you be prepared for emergencies and learn skills that you can use in any situation where normal life is interrupted.

Join the volunteers from the West Seattle Emergency Communications Hubs and the West Seattle TimeBank to learn how to get clean drinking water, making an emergency toilet, emergency tech hacks, operating an automated, how to stop life-threatening bleeding, making a “get home” bag, as well as “build a kit’ basics.

We’ll be a part of the larger High Point Bee Festival, so there will be lots of things to do!
