Shilshole Prepares is the emergency preparedness program for the Shilshole Bay Neighborhood. It includes one of the Seattle Emergency Communication Hubs and is affiliated with the Shilshole Livaboard Association, the Ballard District Council, the Port of Seattle Shilshole Bay Marina and Seattle’s Office of Emergency Management.
Our Mission is to help prepare residents of the Shilshole neighborhood with the skills, tools and resources needed to survive a major disaster with minimum injury and property damage.
